Sameer Wankhede meets SC commission
NCB Mumbai Zonal Director Sameer Wankhede met National Commission for Scheduled Castes Chairman Vijay Sampla today.
Wankhede presented all his documents to the chairman and also lodged his complaint. Whatever facts and documents had been sought by the commission, they were made available.
Wankhede said, my complaint will be verified and soon the chairman of the commission will reply on it.
According to sources, Wankhede told the commission that according to the cast certificate of 1995 and the cast certificate of 2008, he belonged to the Mahar caste. In the birth certificate, the religion of the child from the first marriage is written as Hindu.
Nawab Malik had recently held a press conference and accused Sameer Wankhede of changing religion to get a job. Wankhede had complained to the Scheduled Castes Commission regarding this.
