Bhubaneswar, Mar 14: From today the second and last phase of the budget session of the Odisha Assembly has begun and it will continue till Apr 7. This session is set to be tornado when the opposition parties will attack the agricultural minister on issues such as farmers’ suicides, the short-term pains and the structural problems and crisis of state agriculture. Other issues concerning Odisha will also be taken up such as political violence in the recently concluded panchayat polls, horse trading and the BJD-Congress alliance in the block Chairman and Zilla Parishad President election respectively.
