Paradip, Jan 16: Saraswati Sisu Vidya Mandir, Paradip celebrated its Silver Jubilee for 3 days from 14th to 16th of this month with a lot of programmes. This celebration was inaugurated by Dr Damodar Rout, Minister, Excise & Co-operation. Rinkesh Roy, Chairman, PPT was the Chief Guest on the 2nd night’s function. The valedictory function was celebrated with Dr Kulamoni Samal, MP as the Chief Guest. Many other guests were invited on the occasion. Every evening was enjoyable having attractive entertainment programmes by the students. Old students also participated in the celebration. There was a Poets’ meet on the 2nd day morning where about 50 poets recited their poems. All the programmes were organized by Dr Debadutta Samantaroy, Asst. Secretary, Managing Committee.
