Strongest hurricane hits Mexico

New Delhi, Oct 24: The strongest hurricane ‘Patricia’ has made landfall on Pacific coast of Mexico on Friday.

The eye of the hurricane has already made landfall in Emiliano Zapata in Jalisco state, near the major port of Manzanillo.

Authorities said, few hours before the landfall, the wind speed reached a record 325 kilometres per hour, before weakening slightly to a 305 kph.
