Dhenkanal, March 1: Technology alone brings happiness  is not always true.

It brings more stress and does not help in beautifying  life,  opined speakers at a workshop here recently.

They said happiness never comes by depending on more technology, it often destroys human interaction .

Re-engineering life is required through positive perception, flexible attitude and recognizing others, suggested eminent educationist and National  resource person, and Management expert  Swaminathan from Mumbai at the seminar  oraganised by Dhenkanal branch of  Brahmakumaris on Saturday.

Swaminathan urged the students and professors of Synergy Institute of Engineering and Technology on ‘Re-engineering Life’ not to get misled by comparisons and competitions.

“Instead they should discover their talents and scale new heights,” he added.

The educationist said, despite many inventions and discoveries man is under stress affected by emotional factors and added learning for life management is as important as learning for livelihood .In reply to questions relating to incidents.

He reiterated that most able teachers  always help students to scale new heights instead of harassing students which cause negative consequences  in society.
