Bhubaneswar, Oct 28: On Thursday, Chief Minister’s additional chief secretary and senior IAS officer Upendra Nath Behera was appointed as the chairman of the Odisha Electicity Regulatory Commission (OERC).
As per sources, on the basis of recommendation of the selection committee, Behera was appointed as the chairman of the OERC.
Besides, retired air vice-marshal Souri Kanta Parhi has also been appointed as a member of the OERC by the selection committee.
