Bhubaneswar: April 27: CBI filed charge sheet in Special Court against three accused persons, who had cheated Rs. 50 Cr showing different schemes to depositors. The three accused are Nilamadhav Mallick, Bijay Maharana, Manoj Maharana alias Jagan Pandit alias Manoj Nayak. 120 pages of charge sheet which was filed in the special court has included names of 3 accused and 40 witnesses in the 50 Cr cheating Scam. The Company had cheated depositors’ money of 50crs, which had been collected through its branches in Jajpur, Balasore and Ganjam Areas.
A complaint has been first filed by Crime Branch economic wing which was transferred to CBI.
