Four Odiya Films add glamour to Dussehra celebration

There is a saying in Odisha that Producers and Directors wait for the Durga Puja to release their major directorial as either they consider it as a luck so that their movies profit or else the audience look forward to the releases of movies during this time only. In state like Odisha, where people like to celebrate every occasion with watching a movie, this time also it seems like it has created a cheerful environment among people of Odisha as they are gifted four movies of their favorite stars. It is as if the thirst of their curiosity have been watered with these four releases. These four releases in the row are, ‘Love Pain Kuch Bhi Karege’, ‘Toro Dine Ku Moro Dine,’‘Chhati Tale Ding Dong’ and ‘Baby’.

Love Pain Kuch Bhi Karega’, movie presented by Tarang Cine Production has hit the silver screens in the state on Friday as a gift for people on the occasion of Dusherra. It is the sixth film by the Tarang Cine Production. Staring mass hero, Babusan and entrant, Supriya Nayak as the lead pair the movie has come up with strong story line and music.

People will get to see some new locations and will enjoy the movie from a different story angle. Apart from this this movie also features well known stars of Ollywood industry like Usasi Mishra and Mihir Dash. Songs of the film like Love Pain Kuch Bhi Karega title track, Shezada o shehzadi, O lala O lala and Tora Pade Katha has already become the hits among the moviegoers. The movie is directed by Ashok Pati. Abhijit Majumdar has contributed towards the songs for this movie.

Toro Dine Ku Moro Dine’ the 19th movie produced under Sarthak Music Pvt Ltd banner has released all over the state on the occasion of Durga Puja on Friday.

Produced by Sitram Agarwal and mixed with action, comedy, drama, the film is directed by Sudhansu Mohan Sahu. In lead roles people will get to see Megastars of Ollywood, Arindam Roy, Amlan Das, Riya Dey and Seetal. The film is also equipped with famous Ollywood actors like Mihir Dash, Asit Pati, Pradyumna Lenka, and others.

 

Chhati Tale Ding Dong’, movie presented by Manjari Movie Productions, will hit the silver screens in the state of temples as a gift for people on the occasion of Dusherra. It is the seventh film by this production house which will add another flavor to the Ollywood genres with again an additional extra action from Bollywood. It’s because Bollywood Superstar Shakti Kapoor would be seen for the second time after he acted in “Bahudibe Mo Jaga Balia” which came in 2003, along with Barsha Priyadarshini, Archita and Sabyasachi.

The movie has been directed by Mirtyunjay Sahu while the Producer of the movie is Somya Ranjan Patnaik. Songs of the movie have been penned down by the famous, Malaya Mishra. It is a film where audience will see both Archita and Barsha acting on a single screen.

Another upcoming Ollywood movie, ‘Baby’ releases today, 8 October on this Puja occasion.  The movie has been directed by Murli Krishna under the production house of Sourav Entertainment, the producer of the film being Pooja Bharalawala. The movie features Anubhav Mohanty who is often referred to as the “Bhai” of Ollywood and Jhilik Bhattacharjee as the lead. The melodious compositions of the movie has been composed by Prem Anand and the titile track ‘O Baby o Baby’ has captured a lot of hearts from now.

Theaters are beaconing with crowds with the start of the day. Even though of long lines in theaters, people are not getting tired to stand in the queue just to get a ticket of their favorite super stars.

Stating their excitement, a fan of Anubhav Mohanty said “I can pay any amount to watch the movie of Bhai (Anubhav). I am standing in the queue from morning only to book tickets for me and my friends”.
