Rourkela: July 21: Union Minister of Road Transport & Highways and Shipping Nitin Gadkari will lay the foundation for proposed second bridge over the Brahmani river today. The foundation laying ceremony will be held at Balughat Ground, Rourkela. As known, Rs 476 crore has been approved by the centre for the second Brahmani Bridge.
