Vaccination drive starts in Malknagiri; 175 teams appointed

Malkangiri, Dec 5: After the death of around 122 children due to Japanese Encephalitis in Malkangiri, the vaccination drive has begun in the district on Monday. A total of 2, 18,027 children lying between the gae of 1-15 have been keyed out for the vaccination drive.

The drive which will continue for 15 days, was inaugurated by K Sudarshan Chakravarty, District Collector. The vaccination programme will run from 8AM to 3 PM every day for which around 175 teams have been appointed.
