New Delhi, June 11 (IANS) Former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee was admitted to the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) here on Monday for routine check-up on the advice of doctors, a hospital official said.
Vajypaee, 93, will be under the supervision of AIIMS Director and pulmonologist Randeep Guleria, said AIIMS spokesman B.N. Acharya.
Vajpayee was Prime Minister briefly in 1996 and then from 1998 to 2004.
