Cuttack, Nov 24: An unidentified woman’s body having no head was recovered by the police on Thursday near the National Law University, Naraj in Cuttack.
As per the information, Cuttack police and DCP Sanjeev Arora visited the spot, after being informed, to investigate the matter.
The exact reason behind the murder is yet to be found. However police is suspecting the reason to be rape behind this.
