Cuttack, Nov 24: Keeping its decision in the case of chit fund scam in Odisha’s Cuttack, the designated court has ordered for the public auction of the properties of Shiridi Sai Estates Pvt Ltd on Wednesday.
The amount which will be collected from the auction will be distributed equally to the investors duped by the firm.
As per the information, the actionable properties includes Rs 26 lakh worth of movable and immovable property and two luxury vehicles.
It may be noted that, it had alleged that more than Rs one crore was duped by Shiridi Sai Estate Pvt Ltd which the firm had collected from the investors through its branch in Balasore’s Soro.
