Aska, Jan 30: Yesterday to investigate a chit fund scam here, a three-member team of CBI officials arrived in Aska in Ganjam. The team was led by SP, Rajiv Ranjan Singh and Additional SP, Rajiv Sinha. Upon arriving here, the team went to the Revenue Inspection bungalow where they verified the bond, money receipts and other documents of the investors who had deposited their money in the Golden Land Developers Private Ltd and GLP Developers Ltd. The case was given to CBI after investors allegedly complained that these two companies have not them their maturity amount. Upon verification of all documents, the CBI would submit a report to the Supreme Court.
