Bhubaneswar, Dec 27: In a matter of giving job to a woman at a court in Bhubaneswar, a man calling himself a judge, was arrested by the Nayapali police for allegedly taking lakhs of rupees from the woman, while her wife remains absconding.
According to sources, Rosalin Baral, the woman a resident of Nayapali met the couple Waris Samantray and his wife 2 years back and to gain her trust they had introduced themselves as High Court Judge. Promising Rosaline of a clerical job at the court, they had taken about 2 lakh rupees from the lady. But till date they were unable to either get her a job or return her money.
After Rosalin filed a case with the Nayapali police the police have arrested Waris and forwarded him to court while his wife is on run.
