Bhubaneswar: May 03: The hackers defaced the official website of Utkal University, www.utkaluniversity.ac.in by posting a Pakistani flag with the message ‘Pakistan Zindabad’ on Tuesday and wrote ‘Shame on your Security’ on the hacked home page.
‘University blocked the website the moment it is known to them that the site is hacked and informed the Police’, Vice-Chancellor of Utkal University Ashok Das said.
The hackers identified themselves as “Team Pak Cyber Attackers” from Pakistan. Speaking to Newsman, Das said, “Police should find out whether the hackers are really from Pakistan or somebody has played mischief’.
Commissionerate Police has started probe.
