India Records 64 More Cases Of Omicron Variant In 24 Hours
India reported 64 fresh Omicron cases in last 24 hours. Total tally increased to 3071, the Union Health Ministry said on Saturday morning.
Of the total, 1,203 people have recovered from the new variant of covi-19 so far.
As per the ministry, till now, the infection has spread to 27 states and UTs. However, Maharashtra and Delhi continue to be the worst-hit states.

Maharashtra continues to be top list 876 cases and Of them, 381 patients have been discharged. Delhi reported 48 new cases and total rose to 513.
Karnataka registered 333 Omicron cases, followed by Rajasthan 291 cases, Kerala 284 cases, Gujarat 204 cases, Telangana 123 cases, Tamilnadu 121 cases, Haryana 114 cases, Odisha 60 cases, Uttar Pradesh 31 cases, Andhra Pradesh 28 cases, West Bengal 27 cases, and Goa 19 cases.
