Bhubaneswar: September 01: India registered 69,921 fresh Corona Positive Cases in last 24 hours, taking the total to 36,91,166. The death toll climbed to 65,288 with 819 new fatalities in last 24 hours.
According to Health Ministry, out of total 36,91,166 cases, 7,85,996 are the active cases as 28,39,882 patients have recovered from the virus so far.
In 24 hours, 65,081 patients got cured from the disease and the recovery rate has increased to 76.94 per cent.
Also, fatality rate has reduced further to 1.77 per cent.
As informed, India tested 10,16,920 samples on Monday taking the total number of samples tested so far reached to 4,33,24,834.
