Look at the chart and the position of Moon & Saturn, Moon in leo (Simha) 25 degree 36 minute and Saturn in libra (Tula) 23 degree 6 minute. , here  Moon  aspecting Saturn by 60 degree aspect creating  punarphoo. Though this girl’s engagement with a boy had been done before 2 years but still the marriage could not be materialized yet. The celebration has been cancelled twice due to different reasons and now the marriage is in a doubtful stage. Saturn is a planet of delaying the marriage. Here Saturn in punarphoo is in rapt conjuction with 5^th and aspecting 2^nd , 7^th, & 11^th which are the relevant houses for marriage.

In this chart the 7^th lord is auspicious Jupiter but it is badhakadhipati. It is the occupant of 6^th house which negates the marriage so it is no way helpful.

Venus is definitely the occupant of 5^th which is a favorable house for marriage but it is in star of Saturn again (a planet of punarphoo).
