Salepur, Dec 29: An allegation of torture during the collection of money to help terrorist Abdur Rehman came up in Salepur after a villager filed a complaint against five person who were collecting the money.
The decision regarding the money collection was taken in a secret meeting held in the village, informed the villager. And when he refused to pay the money for helping terrorists he was tortured.
Police will investigate the matter based upon the FIR and then will verify the allegations, said Salepur SDPO.
