Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) seized 60kg of drugs from Mumbai and Gujarat. According to NCB Mumbai, the drug is worth approximately 120 crore rupees. It has also apprehended six people, including the kingpin and a key associate.
One of those arrested worked as a pilot for Air India from 2016 to 2018. He had completed his pilot training in Lithuania and San Antonio, Texas.
NCB seized more than 10 kg of drugs from Jamnagar and arrested three people from Mumbai and one from Jamnagar based on preliminary information from the Naval Intelligence Unit.
Also, it conducted a raid in Mumbai’s Fort area yesterday and recovered approximately 50Kg of drugs. During this operation, two more people were apprehended.
During their interrogation, NCB learned about major drug networks and associates operating in Mumbai.
