Jajpur, Mar 28: To nurse the infant baby girl who was found alive by locals of Shayamsundarpur here two days back, four anganwadi workers have been appointed by the district administration. The workers have been asked to nurse the infant 24*7 on rotations. The baby girl is currently being treated at the DHH here under the supervision of the District Child Protection officer. She is reportedly said to be responding to the treatment. Meanwhile the district police have launched a probe into the case after registering a criminal case. The District Child Protection Officer has already filed a complaint at the Jenapur police station regarding the matter.
