Bhubaneswar, Dec 14: Mala Mishra, wife of Mahima Mishra, MD OSL, has been issued a notice by the Paradip Police to summon herself before it to record her statement in connection with the murder of Seaways Group GM Mahendra Swain.
Mahima Mishra has been on run after he was named an accused in the mentioned murder during broad daylight at Paradip. A lookout circular has also been issued against him while his and son Charhcit’s fire arms license has also been cancelled
Recently the police had raided Mishra’s house at Baramunda and Cuttack, his farm house at Nischintkoili and Empires Hotel at Saheed Nagar. Some quite important documents were also seized during the raids, said sources.
Earlier the Orissa High Court had also rejected his bail plea including interim protection to him.
