Bhubaneswar: February 24: Odisha registered 68 new Corona Positive cases on 23rd Feb’2021 and it has been reported today by Information & Public Relations Department. Of the 68 new cases, 40 cases were in quarantine and rest 28 are local contact cases.
Khurda district reported 9 cases on Tuesday, followed by 7 cases from Sambalpur, 6 cases each from Balasore, Balangir & Sundergarh, 5 cases from Jharsuguda, 4 cases from Jajpur, 3 cases each from Angul, Deogarh, Puri & Mayurbhanj district, 2 cases each from Cuttack & Sonepur, 1 case each from Bargarh, Boudh, Gajapati, Ganjam, Kalahandi, Malkangiri, Nabarangour and Rayagada district. Besides, 1 case recorded under State Pool.
So, rest 9 districts do not have even single case yesterday.
With this, total cases in Odisha reached 3,36,835 and out of that, 3,34,243 people have recovered.
Now, 625 active cases are there in the State.
