Rahul Dravid to be the Head Coach

Rahu Dravid shall be the new Coach of National Side after the ICC T20 World Cup.

As confirmed by the BCCI official, Former India Captain Rahul Dravid has agreed to coach the Indian team. It has been learnt also that, the term of Rahul Dravid as Head Coach will be for next two years.

As said, the development happened in Dubai when BCCI President Sourav Ganguly and Secretary Jay Shah held a meeting with Dravid and persuaded him to become the coach of the India team after the ICC T20 World Cup.

Paras Mhambrey may be appointed as bowling coach and he may take over the responsibility from Bharat Arun.

Rahul Dravid was the most dependable batsman of the India Team when he was playing for the India Team’. He retired from International Cricket in the year 1012.

He was head coach of India-A and Under-19 Team from 2016 to 2019.

Under him, India became Runners Up in Under-19 World Cup in the year 2016. Also,India won Under-19 World Cup in 2018.

He is now the Director of Cricket Operations at NCA, Bengaluru.
