Malkangiri, Dec 30: After killing two villagers in last three days, yesterday night the Maoist again drubbed a man in Malkangiri.
Identified as Madhab Sisa, a member of Nakamamudi panchayat samiti of the ruling BJD, was found by the locals early today, lying on a village road unconscious and injured, and was soon taken to the DHH, said sources.
Earlier on Thursday night, the Maoist had kidnaped Sisa from his house and after thrashing him had fled the spot after throwing him on the road.
