RSP launches unique HR intervention “Anubhab”


Rourkela, April 25: Rourkela Steel Plant has initiated a unque Human Resource intiative “Anubhab” with a viw to unleashing the potential of the employees recently

RSP CEO Ashwini Kumar launched the initiative  at  the HRD Centre  on April 23, RSP officials said.

ED (Works) BP Verma, ED (P&A) PK Pradha, ED (Projects) S Das were among those present at the launching of the scheme.

Addressing the gathering  Ashwini Kumar said, “Change is inevitable and we have to change for a better future. Melting down the resistance to change will be the key to our success.”

He said, “We have a pool of extremely talented employees and there is no dearth of skill, knowledge and experience. We need to instill a strong belief and conviction in each of them to unleash their potential.”

Emphasizing on the importance of human intervention Kumar said, “No revolution has come about without human intervention. All we need to do is to undertake human intervention in a structured manner to get the maximum advantage.”

He exhorted RSP employees to help spread the concept of the unique initiative.

Reaffirming his faith on the RSP collective, Kumar mentioned about its strong legacy through which it had successfully overcome many a crisis. The cornerstone of its success was the strong communication at all levels.

Verma in his address described ‘Anubhab’ as a structured   tool to make the change in a dynamic scenario and achieving the goal. He exhorted all the HoDs to make this unique communication initiative a success.

Pradhan lauded the new endeavour that aims to make the employees aware of the goals set by the company and expressed the  hope that the HoDs & IRPs will act as catalysts to achieve desired results of the new  HR  intervention.

Das in his address described ‘Anubhab’ as an effective  mechanism  which has the potential to bring about a transformation in the prevailing scenario.

Anubhab, RSP sources claimed was an attempt to bring role clarity in all employees and to encourage them to unleash their potential for achieving departmental as well as Company objectives.
