Bhubaneswar: May 08: Former Mumbai police commissioner Arup Patnaik will be the Executive Chairman of the State Youth Welfare Board. He has joined Biju Janata Dal just a month back. It is also announced, Patnaik will look after Biju Yuva Vahini programme of the State government. Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik announced the former Mumbai top cop’s appointment through a tweet.
