Aryan Khan to be released on bail
Bombay High Court released operative order with bail conditions for Aryan Khan and two others arrested in the cruise ship drug bust case.
As per the bail condition, each accused be released on bail on furnishing personal bond of Rs. 1 lakh with one or more sureties of like amount. Also, the accused shall not leave the country without prior permission.
Aryan shall not make any statement regarding present proceedings before the Special Court in any form of media.
Aryan can not leave Mumbai without permission of IO and he has to attend NCB office every Friday & also go there as and when called.
